To view the recorded WebEx of the presentation, follow these steps:

1. After reading ALL of these instructions, click on this link: https://ifmcevents.webex.com

2. You are now at the QualityNet Exchange e-Learning Center.

• If you have never viewed a WebEx presentation from this site before, click on the New User button at the top of the left-hand column and follow the set-up directions.
• When ready to view the presentation, click on Recorded Events in the left-hand column.

3. Scroll down the list until you find the January 6, 2006, Insight to APU presentation. Click on the link.

4. In the pop-up screen, click on the View Recording button

5. Enter information (Name, E-mail Address) as prompted, and click on the Submit button.

6. If the WebEx Player control box is not positioned where you want it, left click and hold on the words “WebEx Player” in the top left corner of the box and drag the box down to the bottom of the screen or to one of the corners. Use the control box to start, stop, pause, rewind, and fast forward the presentation. Be sure to have your speakers turned on to hear the presenters.
